Do you cover my area?
I work in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. Check your postcode in the form, and give the full work address. Locations outside my usual area can still be sent for individual review; attendance is not guaranteed.
Does the form book an appointment?
No. Sending an enquiry or choosing a preferred day does not reserve a visit. The work, price and appointment need my written confirmation.
Which vehicles and jobs do you work on?
I work on cars and vans. I review the job, vehicle and work location before confirming whether I can help.
Can I supply my own parts?
Yes, subject to my approval before the work is agreed. If parts are incorrect or missing, a fair attendance or work charge may still apply where explained and agreed beforehand. See the enquiry terms.
Is a call-out fee added to an arranged repair?
Attendance is included in an agreed repair price. A separate diagnostic visit remains a separate charge and is not deducted from a later repair.
Can you come today?
Contact me directly to ask about availability. The form only accepts preferred days with advance notice; it is not an emergency booking service.
How do I pay?
By cash or card on completion. The enquiry form takes no payment or booking deposit.
